Managed email

A service is a person who answers.

Software you have to operate yourself is not a service. NST Service looks after email programmes end to end — and when something is unclear, there is someone who already knows your setup and does not need it explained again.

Questions we get asked

Do we have to operate anything ourselves?

No. You supply the content and the occasion; setup, dispatch, monitoring and cleanup stay with us. What you get back is a report you can read in two minutes.

What happens when something goes wrong?

We notice it before you do — that is the point of monitoring. You hear from us with the problem and a proposal, not with a ticket number.

Can we start small?

That is the only sensible way. A new sending domain begins at low volume and grows as the receiving providers accept it. Anything else ends in the spam folder.

Who owns the data?

You do. Recipient lists remain yours, we process them on instruction, and you get them back in full whenever you ask.

What we insist on

A service that agrees with everything is worthless. These are the points we do not move on.

  1. Documented consent for every address — we ask to see it before the first dispatch, not after a complaint.
  2. A working unsubscribe in every message, effective immediately.
  3. Sender and responsible company identifiable without clicking anything.
  4. Volume the receiving side accepts, even when a campaign is in a hurry.
  5. Lists that produce excessive rejections are cleaned, not resent.
