Anti-Spam Policy
We look after other companies' mailings. That only works if none of them damages the others. Unwanted mail therefore ends the engagement — it is not something we negotiate about.
Conditions for every engagement
- Documented, individually verifiable consent for every address, with time and origin.
- Consent revocable at any time, without justification and without disadvantage.
- Sender, client and purpose identifiable in the message itself.
- No address data from our programmes is sold, rented or exchanged.
What ends an engagement
- Consent that cannot be shown when we ask for it.
- Content unrelated to what the recipient signed up for.
- An unsubscribe that does not work or is made conditional.
- Repeated dispatch to lists with runaway rejection rates after we asked for them to be cleaned.
How we handle reports
- Receipt confirmed, mailing traced to the responsible programme.
- Reasonable suspicion stops the programme first; the investigation follows.
- A confirmed violation ends the engagement and blocks the affected addresses.
- Blocklist operators reach us at the same address and receive what they need.
Report unwanted mail
Send us the complete message headers — they show the sending path without ambiguity and let us act on the right programme rather than guessing.
